FAQ's

I can't book a table online, are you full?

If our online booking system shows a table is unavailable for your chosen timeslot it's likely we don't have any availability for then. Try selecting another suitable time or date and see if anything comes available. If you're still unable to get your desired slot, you can gives us a call and we'll see what we can do.

I can't find my booking confirmation, where can I find it?

Booking confirmations are sent to the email given when booking, please ensure your email is entered correctly or you won't recieve it. Check your junk box incase as well. If you still can't find it, gives us a call and we can take a look and send a new one for you.

I can't book a table for the size of my group, help!

Our largest booking available online is up to 10 people, if you are looking for a table for a group larger than that please give us a call to arrange.

Why are you asking me for my card details when booking?

We require your card details as a security against loss of business due to customers failing to honour their bookings. Nothing will be charged to your card unless you fail to give required notice of a cancellation. We request that you notify us of any changes to the numbers in your party. Failure to do so may result in a cover charge of £10 per person. Your card details are securely held by our PCI Compliant Payment Gateway.

We are bringing children, do you have high chairs?

We can provide high chairs on request, please make a comment in the booking notes when booking. Please also include the number of children in your total group size when booking as children do need seats too!

Do you allow dogs?

We are a dog friendly venue, however please ensure that your dog is well-behaved and not disturbing other diners. Dogs must remain on leads and aggressive dogs may be asked to leave. We have doggy biscuits available on request, just ask one of our staff to help!

Terms & Conditions

Please note due to an unprecedented amount of no-shows we require 3-hours notice of a table cancellation. 24 hours notice is required for tables of 6* or more. Card details are now required as a security against loss of business due to customers failing to honour their bookings. Nothing will be charged to your card unless you fail to give required notice of a cancellation. We request that you notify us of any changes to the numbers in your party. Failure to do so may result in a cover charge of £10 per person. Your card details are securely held by our PCI Compliant Payment Gateway. By making a reservation with us and providing contact details you are agreeing to these conditions. You will automatically “opt in” to our marketing programme. If you do not wish to receive marketing material from ourselves please unsubscribe from the email.

We  offer access friendly dining in our venue.  Please call or let our staff know when booking so that we are aware and can make arrangements to best suit your needs.
